Our Seasonal Maintenance Techs#are required to:. Perform unskilled maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, carpet removal, basic carpentry, basic repairs, etc.; Display excellent customer service skills; Have a working knowledge of Word Processing software; Have the ability to read and write to understand equipment operating instructions and maintain records of work performed; Be knowledgeable and familiar#with#proper and safe power and hand tool operation. What we are looking for:
