Teespring has helped creators sell over 25 million products in more than 80 countries. We're looking for a senior software engineer to work on the core of what we provide to buyers and sellers. The Platform team is responsible for the tools our sellers use every day to build their businesses on Teespring, from the Launcher which creates new products for sale, to the Campaign Page which drives the majority of the company's revenue, to our image composition and graphics manipulation service, to our Sales Analytics tool.
What does our team do?
Our Maintenance team provides service and support to a make the building a world class facility. We design and implement solutions for difficult problems, coordinate outside contractors and ensure that equipment is maintained.
What is the job?
We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will support maintenance of equipment and facilities. We are seeking a dynamic hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, growing organization. A successful candidate will have proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all presses, dryers, other equipment, electrical and mechanical
Performs routine preventative maintenance on all building support systems
Troubleshoots power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
Assists in office-space build-outs, construction and remodeling projects
Promotes and conducts good housekeeping practices
Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner
Develops and maintains good working relationships across all levels in the organization
Lift and move up to 80 pounds.
Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching below the waist and above the head
Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
Walking in the facility and area with great frequency
Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

What do we need?
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3+ years of Maintenance experience in warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
Experience and proficiency in the following areas:
Automated conveyors systems and controls
Electrical and electronic principles
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading
Knowledge of CMMS programs
Preventative maintenance procedures
Industrial PC literacy
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize many different projects and workload
Ability to work independently
