First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Apply your expertise to repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including electric motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, vision systems, production equipment, and plant support machines. This is a hands on physical site based role.

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, PLCs, voltage meters, current meters, oscilloscopes, and electrical formulas. Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of all plant boilers and utility systems, electrical switch gear, motor controls, air compressors, HVAC, PLC control systems, plant water distribution equipment as needed. Document PLC programs Operate boilers (including H20 Chemistry) and utility systems, electrical switch gear, motor controls, air compressors, HVAC, plant water distribution, & PLC control systems.

Assist Plant Manager in the maintenance of the plant documentation. Provides red-lines for P&ID's, panel schedules, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, motor index, & instrument index, etc. for any changes being made. Research parts needed for work/repairs and properly utilize the parts inventory and work order systems.

Perform electrical preventive maintenance such as screw tightening, component replacement, visual inspection, panel cleaning, panel wiring, wire tracing, and panel documenting.
