Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: The Candles Apartments, Dickinson Apartments & Spring Creek Townhomes - Springfield, IL

• HVAC Certification is required for this role*

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.

• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.

• Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).

• Ability to travel within the Springfield, IL portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 2 years as a maintenance technician in multi-family.
• HVAC Certification: Type II, or EPA Universal
