Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking to hire 2 Maintenance Technicians to join our team to assist with special maintenance projects across multiple properties (about 8 in total) in the Minneapolis/Brooklyn Park region. This is a hands on maintenance position with guaranteed full-time hours each week. You will work closely with our amazing Maintenance Rover.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 6+ months experience in multifamily housing maintenance or construction

• Dry walling including painting and carpentry

• CPO certification a plus but not required

• Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required

• EPA certification a plus but not required

• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is $20 - $25/hour (depending on experience)
