This position provides maintenance services at MasterBrand Cabinets in Grants Pass. Responsibilities includes design of welding projects, use of a variety hand tools for maintenance and repair and welding. Also responsible for performing preventive maintenance on facility equipment and assisting in safety maintenance throughout the facility. Manage small-scale projects. May perform Sander set up, preventative maintenance, etc.
Requires 12 months millwright experience
Fabrication (welding) knowledge and experience
Ability to work with programming and Microsoft Office
Initiative and flexibility to work in manufacturing environment while factory in production and while down.
Ability to make decisions requiring judgment on highly diversified work
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers, both verbally and in written form
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet and lift up to 95 pounds
Frequent exposure to wood dusts, finish materials, and cabinet-making materials
Shift: Thursday - Sunday on day shift
Overtime required based on production needs
