Maintenance Technician

Luxium Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and reliability of our production equipment and facilities. You will work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to support a smooth and efficient operation.

Maintenance Technician shall troubleshoot and repair equipment with PLC’s and controllers, Work on facility equipment that is not working (electrical issues or mechanical issues), work on projects throughout the facility along with any facility work that needs to be accomplished. At times there will be a need for programming, writing, and troubleshooting PLC logic to install in our equipment, and programming and configuring controllers, calibration of controllers and other plant equipment. Any maintenance that is required to keep the facility running at full capacity in order for all departments to meet customer needs and on time delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma

• PLC / ladder logic, controls training certification preferred

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.

• Understanding ladder logic and (Allen Bradley) PLC and basic programming.

• Knowledge of electrical and control system principles.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• General knowledge and experience in an industrial setting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control system diagrams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
