Overview

Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of operations/production equipment.

Essential Functions

Able to safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and basic power tools; experience with machine shop equipment preferred;Responsible for diagnosing/resolving issues with benders, presses, saws, and bonding equipemnt in a timely fashion;Able to safely and proficiently perform maintenance electrical tasks, including troubleshooting and movement of circuits;Able to safely and proficiently perform maintenance mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and rebuild;Able to safely and proficiently operate fork trucks;Responsible for good housekeeping practices and implementing;Required to observe all safety rules and policies; must maintain and promote the safety of systems and equipment;Able to demonstrate basic computer, reading/writing, communication skills, and the ability to read/interpret manuals and technical drawings;Highly motivated, organized, self starter, able to execute work from daily schedule; experience with performing preventative maintenance tasks to set standard preferred

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders.

The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hourly position. Monday Saturday on 1st shift as determined by production schedules. Overtime is a possibility.

Travel

Travel to secure necessary parts or tooling - primarily local.

Required Education and Experience

Repair and troubleshooting in machine operation

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience
1-2 years of maintenance/manufactuing experience

Lift Truck operators license

Additional Eligibility QualificationsNone.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to pass EVerify.
