  Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma Physical ability to perform manual work. Maintenance experience preferred.
  
  Other Specialized Knowledge and Abilities: This position requires incumbent to have: Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals that are non-allergenic.
  
  Ability to understand and relate well to adults. Must be flexible and able to work within a diverse team. Ability to drive, operate snow plow, snow blower, lawn mower and other equipment.
  
  Essential Job Functions & Tasks: Job Function: Perform building and grounds, safety/emergency protocols and preventative maintenance tasks.
  
  Tasks: Fix equipment and household items Maintain follow-up on work order system Manage and oversee contractors for projects for preventative maintenance (electrical, heating, flooring, plumbing, etc) Maintain grounds with lawn mowing, snow plowing/blowing, gardening work Ensure environments and building have quality appearance and in a safe manner Perform miscellaneous repairs Job Function: Perform other support functions and tasks. Tasks: Attend and participate in all staff meetings and keep information confidential as appropriate.
  
  Maintain a team approach toward all staff and be a strong team member and leader as part of the maintenance staff. Assist office staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed. Perform and assist in other assignments as needed and directed by supervisor.
