Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) is currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician based in Louisville, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance, repairs and cleaning of facility equipment and property structures to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition. Under general supervision, the position will help to ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality and ensure proper service of HVAC systems, as well as performing basic repairs to the property.
This is a full-time position and may be required to work overtime as needed. Regular regional automobile travel throughout KODA's service area including Louisville and Lexington, KY as well as Huntington, WV is required
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
2-3 years of experience with general maintenance is required.
Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods required.
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting required.
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Experience with multiple properties is preferred.
