JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoots and resolves tool issues quickly and maintain the tool up time.

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on tool sets; ensures tools are performing at optimum levels and within specification.

• Interface with engineering and other groups to improve tool reliability, improve green to green time PM and resolve yield issues.

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics, Pneumatics/mechanical diagram and Tool manuals.

• Willing to works scheduled and unscheduled overtime as required.

• Follow to all safety policies and procedures as required.

• Creating & maintaining a positive atmosphere in a collaborative work team.

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on vacuum tools.

• Reading complex schematics, mechanical drawings, vacuum diagrams and flow charts, OEM manuals.

• Follow written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

• Work productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.

• Resolve equipment maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, manufacturing), business, finance, chemistry or a related field OR Bachelor's degree (unrelated field) AND 3+ years of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR Associate's degree (unrelated field) AND 4+ years of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR Military AND 4+ years of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR 2+ years of experience with significant responsibilities in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR 5 years experience maintaining Semiconductor Equipment

• Experienced in pneumatic, electrical, PLC, automation and mechanical.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a laboratory environment.

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, lab coats, safety glasses, and respirators as required

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during laboratory experiments and battery assembly.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$38.32 - $57.45

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
