Maintenance Technician III

Maintenance Technician III Location: Lenexa, KS Shift:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Summary: Perform general building and mechanical maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical), diagnose and repair complex production equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance Respond to emergency calls Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems Write reports, complete work orders Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager Core Competencies: Question current processes Customer-focused Proactive cooperation Drive high performance Persuasive influence Technical Competencies: Use Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills Knowledge of PLC systems Work with minimal supervision and on-call rotation Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Trade school certification in HVAC 5 years in maintaining chillers, boilers, HVAC Physical Requirements: Ability to read/write in English Visual inspection Working Conditions: Clean room environment qualification Outdoor work in various weather conditions Compensation:
