Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), must have a minimum of five (5) years HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience and two (2) years of trade school, college or have completed a apprenticeship program required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess verbal and written communication ability, basic math skills, strong customer service skills, and be available at all times.

Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications, maintenance equipment such as computer, tools, ladders, plumbing tools, multi meter etc. Required Certification: Universal EPA Certification (Required) Certified Maintenance Professional (or equivalent) Job Summary : This position is primarily responsible for performing intermediate building repairs to include electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
