Maintenance Technician II Specific Job Function: Become a vital member of our team as a Maintenance Technician II, ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing and warehousing facilities. Responsibilities: Uphold safety standards while ensuring optimal facility functioning.

Conduct routine checks and promptly execute or coordinate repairs. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and schedules for all equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan.

Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair machinery. Demonstrate proficiency in Computers, Controls, and/or PLC's. Maintain hazard-free work environments and areas.

Collaborate with external technicians and subcontractors as needed. Provide regular progress reports to supervisors. Assist in material and labor movement for projects.

Showcase advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ensure equipment runs smoothly by adhering to PM programs. Assist in injection mold changeover and setup.

Bring innovative problem-solving skills to the table. Requirements: Bring at least 5 years of maintenance experience. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing. We value integrity, creativity, and personal drive. Strong communication skills are essential.

Demonstrate innovative problem-solving abilities. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, climbing, and lifting.

Navigate equipment and spaces comfortably. Proficiently operate various machinery and equipment. Lift items weighing 50lbs and occasionally more.
