Maintenance Technician II REPORTS TO: Supervisor with direction from Team Leader SHIFT DAYS / HOURS: Night Shift.
Four (4) 10-hour days and one (1) Saturday as needed. STARTING PAY: $30/hour and up, depending on experience and skill We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our Bonnell Aluminum maintenance team that is focused on improving availability, reliability, and work management practices around presses, conveyors, CNC machines, robotics, and other industrial manufacturing equipment. RESUME REQUIRED What You Will Be Responsible For:
This role is a great opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing organization of custom aluminum extrusions and continue developing your technical skill set, knowledge, and growth. Execute assigned preventative and corrective work orders/tasks safely and accurately. Identify initial priority and update on work orders based on status, inspection, and follow-up according to the critical nature of the request.
Coordinate with Demand Flow department to determine the materials required for completion of work orders, and level of priority if operations or equipment are at risk of delaying production. Completing department documentation and data entry. All forms and data entry must be complete, accurate, and detailed, including number of hours, parts, and materials used to complete service.
Documentation is required to be completed by the end of each shift. Be very reliable and maintain excellent attendance Maintain a clean and productive work area Innovative and committed to continuous improvements What You Will Need For This Role: Experience with basic PLC, controls, welding, electrical, hydraulics, and mechanics Ability to troubleshoot and work on equipment without supervision Understand and comply with industrial maintenance and reliability KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and best practices Technical and electrical work experience (certifications preferred) Experience with CMMS system Ability to follow and complete detailed PMs/PDMs Inventory/Parts Room knowledge Required to Have: High School Diploma/GED Must be able to pass company background check and drug screen What You'll Love About Us: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Matched 401k Paid Vacation RESUME REQUIRED
