Minimum 2 solid years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, fixing a doorknob, appliance repair, unit turnovers, and work orders.

Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance Reliable Transportation Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm and on-call as needed Salary Description 20.00-22.00 per hour plus benefits
