Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: Starting at $20.00/hr.

Who you are:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years' experience in commercial maintenance
Knowledge of Mechanical equipment and HVAC systems
Intermediate experience in the various trades required.
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Must possess a valid California driver's license
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician II must be able to perform basic maintenance in most trades and demonstrate specialized skill in mechanical and plumbing preventative maintenance. This is a journey-level position.
Essential Job Duties
Performs skilled preventative maintenance in mechanical and plumbing.
Performs skilled building and equipment repairs.
Performs basic skilled maintenance duties in drywall, carpentry, electrical, locksmith, low voltage (fire, security), and appliance repair.
Maintains all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
Prioritizes all work in the order set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Participates in all drills and in-service meetings, as assigned.
Participates in the 24-hour on-call program to including occasional weekend and night work.
Participates in emergency drills and acts as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
Rate of Pay:
Starting at $20/hr.
All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
