Communications regarding this position may include the company name "Banner Property" and should be deemed legitimate Full Circle Communities, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our 70-unit affordable community in Lake Zurch, IL. This position is part of a "management team", which will require rotation between all properties in the region, including:

Liberty Lake, Pearl Street Commons, Creekview (IL) Arbor at Lindale Trail and 15th Street (IA). Guided by our core values, the Maintenance Technician II will follow directives given by the Community and/or General Manager to maintain the physical integrity of the properties at all times. The successful candidate will conduct all business in accordance with Full Circle policies and procedures as well as state and Federal Laws, to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and staff. We will rely on you to be a key member of the maintenance team to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property.

To thrive in this role you must use your previous experience in a high volume maintenance position to cultivate exceptional resident satisfaction by being prompt, courteous, and efficient. Servicing our community involves a few key functions, including, but not limited to, the completion of apartment turns, general plumbing, electrical, and maintenance work, and daily huddles to keep work moving and the team on track. You will actively participate in unit inspections, custodial work, make-ready services, completing service requests, handle grounds care, and assist in snow removal when required.

A high level of competency and communication with all staff, residents and professional associates is a must. Required Skills and Qualifications: HVAC certification and/or experience is preferred.

Certified Pool Attendant (CPO) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle and insurance required Working knowledge of residential multi-family maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and appliance repair Experience with hand tools and power tools Knowledge regarding water and gas cutoffs At least 5 years full-time maintenance experience, or related field High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be available for Monday-Friday plus weekend/holiday hours and an on-call schedule. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequent lifting lift and/or moving items over 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
