Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receives written work orders or verbal instructions.
Assists in maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies; Documents in logs as required by regulatory agencies
Follows facility preventative maintenance program
Assists in the maintenance of the buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
Assists in the replacement of worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment
Utilizes are variety of hand and power tools
Moves and loads/unloads furniture and supplies; assembles furniture and equipment

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
