Overview What You'll Do At Topgolf, Maintenance Technicians (called Facilities Associates) support our best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. They are experts at the technical side of the job - keeping the venue, grounds, technology and game system in tip-top shape.

But beyond that, our Facilities Associates make our Guests feel welcome, they engage with them, support their team mates to ensure Guests are cared for and generally help make our Guest's visits to Topgolf memorable. Responsibilities How You'll Do It Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by Facilities management Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems Trouble shoot and repair issues in all areas of the venue Answer and respond to maintenance calls for assistance Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures Communicate accurately and effectively with Guests and Associates Qualifications What We're Looking For This is an opportunity for a great career with NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - we will train you Desire to learn new skills in maintenance Preferred 6+ months maintenance experience or trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance Some skilled trades experience (HVAC, refrigeration, painting, carpentry, dry wall) Knowledge of general maintenance and repairs Required Valid Driver's License Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.

In this role you will have a direct impact in protecting our country's national security efforts, and responsibilities may include: * Provides operational support to all aspects of the designated mission to support larger Intelligence Community (IC) efforts. * Evaluates and processes information and reports to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational initiatives. * Analyzes and interprets all-source information for a variety of classified and open-source databases and extracts and analyzes the information obtained from observation and research. * Disseminates information and findings, both written and orally, to support mission requirements. * Develops knowledge of relationships with other programs and key administrative support functions within the organization and IC partner agencies. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or have 4 years of intelligence experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree. * Must have a current Top Secret security clearance. * Shall have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a team environment. * Shall demonstrate ability, tenacity, and patience to follow detailed processes and procedures in a repetitive process. * Shall demonstrate attention to detail and possess excellent written communication skills to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived. * Must have a demonstrated competency in utilizing routine computer applications, to include Microsoft Office programs, as well as navigating within both classified and open-source databases. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Understanding of basic intelligence cycle/processes. * Shall have interest or background in one or more of the following areas: intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, military, and/or counterterrorism efforts. * Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI and CI poly preferred.
