Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician I position performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting and patching drywall. Takes responsibility for ensuring maintenance of building structures as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

1.High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

2.Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in use of appropriate maintenance equipment preferred.

3.Experience in handling hazardous materials/situations.

Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
