Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our phenomenal team!

Work Hours: Work a rotating schedule with shifts from 8am-5pm. Some weekends are required but you'll also get occasional 4 day weekends to balance it out.

Pay Range: $45K - $65K per year, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPA 608 Type II certification
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
• Own basic HVAC servicing tools
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Spanish
