Beachwoods Resort in the Outer Banks of North Carolina is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Tech to join an outstanding team. Tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and Albemarle Sound in the middle of a 100-acre maritime forest, this amazing 150-room property is a hidden gem and a year-round destination. In this role, you will help maintain the beauty and charm of this outstanding resort by maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas in good repair. Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to guest calls for repairs and maintenance.

• Complete work order assignments.

• Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning accurately.

• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.

• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as advised by your leader.

Qualifications

• No experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
