Maintenance Technician; Full-Time, Senior Living, Walker Methodist Place

Walker Methodist Place is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. Walker Methodist Place is an established and elegant senior living community offering housing with services and located in a quiet southwest Minneapolis neighborhood.

Full-Time

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate

• Advanced vocational training preferred

• Current Minnesota Special Class Boiler License or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire

• Current Minnesota driver's license and good driving record

• 3+ years of prior experience in physical plant maintenance or related field

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to accomplish tasks well and on time

• Ability to perform maintenance and janitorial tasks

• Ability to work independently, organized, and attend to detail in a timely manner

• Interest in regularly working near older adults

• Ability to live Walker Methodist's customer service principles
