Pay: $18.50 / hr

Essex Meadows is seeking a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain residential painting schedule.

• Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas.

• Perform drywall repairs as needed.

• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work.

• Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders.

• Perform general labor under supervisor's request.

• Perform snow removal duties when necessary.

• Assist Lead Mechanic and P.M. Mechanic as needed.

• Keep repair parts inventory up to date.

• Be available for emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• One

• Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of the above.

• Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills necessary.
