Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the facilities buildings and equipment.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Perform basic repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.

• Attend safety trainings and drills.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Can follow written and oral instructions.

• Have or will obtain a Chauffeurs Driver Class D endorsement within 90 days of employment.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
