Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire

Positions: Maintenance Technician (Overnight Shifts)

Training Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (up to one year training on 1st shift)

After Training, you will switch to Front-End Nights, 7:00PM-7:00 AM, Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Wed or Back -End Nights, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, every other Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Location: Northborough, MA

Responsibilities:

• Perform both scheduled and unscheduled mechanical/electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant equipment.

• Validate processing equipment within a sterilization environment.

• Participate in the installation of new equipment and maintain the electrical system.

• Conduct scheduled safety and maintenance inspections.

• Manage a spare part program.

• Respond to off-shift maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule.

Training:

• 12 months of training on day shift.

• Review work instructions, vital policies, and procedures.

• Engage in on-the-job training under the guidance of your Hiring Manager.

• Demonstrate the ability to meet job requirements.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a drug screen, additional screening requirements may apply.

• 1-3 years of related experience in mechanical/electromechanical maintenance

• Strong commitment to following safety protocols.

• Desire to learn, be productive, and contribute to the team.

• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.

• Willingness to complete company Operator training and pass annual recertification tests.

• Experience in Food, Pharma, or Medical Device field is preferred.
