  Description

Responsible for providing maintenance to industrial equipment. Ensures the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Includes installing new equipment, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns in a manufacturing and production setting.
Job Summary:

\t

• Performs preventative maintenance for production equipment.

\t

• Services and maintains all equipment. Including but not limited to, welding machine, trolley systems, CNC machinery, overhead crane systems and other plant related machinery.

\t

• Inspects and assesses the functionality of plant machinery.

\t

• Troubleshoots mechanical breakdowns. Escalates issues to plant management team.

\t

• Conducts routine and preventative maintenance and safety checks.

\t

• Communicates with the production team and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment.

\t

• Prepares, submits, and maintains reports as needed.

  Qualifications

\t

• Previous work experience in an Industrial Maintenance Position

\t

• Experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase equipment.

\t

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

\t

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.

\t

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

\t

• Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.

\t

• Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form.

\t

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

\t

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds.

\t

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  Preference of:

\t

• Weld Shop maintenance experience

\t

• Machine Shop maintenance experience (CNC)

\t

• Powder coat ovens and systems.

\t

• Electrical experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase.
  Skills and Requirements:

• Must possess the skill set to support a safe working environment.

\t

• Must pass a drug screen.

\t

• Must be 18 years old.
