Maintenance Technician

SAFETY

• Keeps maintenance areas clean and orderly, follows all company procedures and safety policies. Maintains a safe environment for plant personnel.

• Keeps all areas of the plant where maintenance is in progress clean and orderly to aid in the prevention of accidents.

• Maintains maintenance equipment and tools in safe working order.

• Follows lockout/tagout, confined spaces, hot work permits and related safety policies.

PRODUCTION - Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain all plant equipment in good working condition.

• Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance (PM) activities.

• Work with other employees/contractors to complete assigned tasks.

• Performs all other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Lead.

QUALITY - Adheres to all quality assurance policies and standards.

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• PLC and relay logic troubleshooting skills required

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to perform mathematical exercises of moderate complexity.
