Job Description

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Franklin, TN, headquarters' Corporate Office Services team.

Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all equipment and facilities in the corporate facilities and supporting the installation, testing, and validation of new equipment. The Maintenance Technician will perform miscellaneous and routine maintenance and troubleshooting and maintain an orderly inventory of parts and tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all equipment from blueprints, technical manuals, or vendor specifications. Maintenance involves electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems.

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established expectations and corporate quality expectations.

  • Complete TMS work orders: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly

  • Assist with installation, testing, and validation of new equipment and facility development projects.

  • Perform routine cleaning of facilities and grounds, including moving, setup and take down of furniture and office equipment.

  • Daily walk through of the grounds at the Franklin Corporate Office building and Cane Ridge location as needed.

  • Conduct and record periodic inspections of facilities and equipment, as scheduled.

  • Perform carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical tasks as required.

  • Maintain maintenance documentation, maintenance history, and all other appropriate documentation for all projects and corporate equipment repairs.

  • Coordinator with vendors when work is needed.

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 4 years relevant maintenance experience

  • Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC units

  • Ability to fix drywall repairs, changing light bulbs, painting,

  • Able to read/understand blueprints, equipment manuals, and equipment standards

  • Troubleshooting ability to evaluate equipment failures

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
