Maintenance Technician

Anchor Property Management is hiring for the Maintenance Technician Team!

Starting Guaranteed Salary of $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Anchor Property Management provides turn key single-family property management for rental homes in the Houston Metropolitan Market. Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry, handyman, or single family maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus, but not required
• Own standard hand and power tools
• Own reliable work truck or van
