Maintenance Technician

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with routing Plumbing, Electric, Carpentry, and HVAC repairs;

• Maintain parking lots, streets & sidewalks during winter/weather events (including12 hour shifts possibly nights, weekends & holidays);

• Responsible for sweeping, blowing parking lots, Loudoun Mall and sidewalks when needed;

• Assist in other areas of Facilities Maintenance (including Parking Authority) as needed.

Requirements:

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required with some experience in construction/maintenance activities as related to buildings and grounds.

• Valid driver's license
