Position Summary

Positions in this sub-family are responsible for managing or performing skilled trades and lower level apprentice craft work for construction, maintenance, and repair of facilities systems, buildings, and equipment. Responsible for performing complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems.

Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.

  • Installation, repair & maintenance in a manufacturing or field site environment

  • Installation, repair, maintenance, dismantle, and movement of large and/or complex industrial equipment

  • Service and repair of automobiles and their parts

  • Other duties as assigned
