Understanding of Food Safety Requirements

Must be able to read, understand, and work with machinery blueprints and parts manuals.

Must be able to weld (Arc, Tig Mig) proficiently

A minimum of 5 years of previous maintenance experience in manufacturing is required.

• Able to troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, & pneumatic) without instructions.

• Able to perform preventive and reparative maintenance on all line and processing machinery without instructions to include lubrication, and heat/vibration analysis.
