Duties

• Make Readies- Executes 3-6 day turns (basic repairs, plumbing, electric, painting, etc.) in a quality and timely manner.

• Resident Service Requests and General Maintenance- Completes service requests and general maintenance to include but not limited to responding, diagnosing, requesting parts, and establishing a timeframe for completion within 24 hours.

• Asset Preservation- Maintains daily awareness of the condition of the property and proactively reports physical maintenance problems, safety hazards, potential liability issues, and resident violations to the Maintenance Manager or Community Director.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Company vehicle provided).

• Painting experience a plus!

• Residential maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to work on the weekends and provide on call support on a rotating basis.

• Ability to travel to our South Austin community (Bouldin Creek location)
