Monarch Investment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fox Hill Apartments in Golden, CO. If you are skilled and a hard worker, then prepare yourself for the next chapter in your career!

Essential Job Duties and

  • Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner

  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy

  • Maintaining property grounds

  • Painting both interior and exterior applications

  • Preventative maintenance as assigned

  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1+ years' experience in related maintenance

  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

The sheriff's office is currently hiring for a Building Maintenance Tech-HVAC. The full-time, benefited position pays $1,823.83 - $2,599.22 Biweekly and will remain open until filled. Generally, the work includes maintenance and repair of Sheriff's Department building and detention facility, with particular emphasis on heat, ventilation and air conditioning and plumbing systems installation and repair. The work involves performing preventive maintenance; repairing steam and hot water heating systems and air conditioning units; and installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including maintaining kitchen and laundry facilities in the detention facility. Essential Duties Work involves operating, maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating and refrigeration systems. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * High school graduation or equivalent certificate (GED) * Valid Colorado Driver's License * 3 - 4 years as a maintenance engineer (or equivalent experience). Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of all aspects of the boiler operating systems and controls, and be able to make minor repairs and provide maintenance on boiler systems. Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of chilled water systems and associated equipment.
