Getting the Job Done:
Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality
Anticipates guests needs and offers services prior to the guest asking
Maintains the Hotels physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensuring they are properly functioning
Ensure the cleanliness, security and organized storage of all department tools and equipment
Complete all work orders in a timely manner and communicate with Chief Engineer and GM any repairs that require further attention
Ensure security and preventative maintenance in compliance with property and brand standards
Communicate professionally and timely with peers, managers, and guests
Respond to after-hour calls as needed and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Be aware of the guest service scores and understand role ensuring guest satisfaction
Attend all mandatory meetings and complete all the required training
Complete all tasks as assigned by your Manager or Hotel Managers
Ability to grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull, and lift 30 lbs
Experience for Success:
High School diploma or equivalent
Trade or Technical certifications a plus
Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
