Full Time. Pay Rate: $22.50 - $27.50 / hour Duties: Creates machining schedules to meet internal and external needs Determines amounts of in-process stock and line supplies based on production schedule Requisitions required materials as needed Meets or exceeds customer deadlines Inspects parts for quality assurance and to verify conformance to specifications Supervises workers in various capacities to ensure production standards are met Identifies and resolves issues independently or in the assistance of staff Support and participate in continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety, and Environmental Develops, recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.

Develop and document standard operating procedures and instructions . Position Requirements: Qualifications: Strong Leadership Skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Experience utilizing probability and statistical inference and ability to apply concepts to real-time situations 2 year of manufacturing experience Experience in a continuous improvement environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education:
