Maintenance Technician 3 - Hvac Technician

Located in Holland, Michigan, the City of Wyoming's Donald K. Shine Drinking Water Plant is filling the position of Maintenance Technician 3. This position is responsible for maintaining Plant HVAC systems including MAUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, dehumidifiers, unit heaters, and air conditioners, as well as a wide variety of Drinking Water Plant maintenance work. Examples of work can include maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, pumps, valves, plumbing, centrifuges, instrumentation, and more. Required qualifications include a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning License and a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor License. Experience with HVAC building management systems is a plus.

Wages for the position will increase on July 1, 2024. The wage range for the position will change to $28.34 - $34.84 per hour.
