Maintenance Technician - 2Nd Shift

Summary: A growing company located in Beaver Dam is seeking a Direct Hire 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team.

You will be responsible for repairing and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as printing presses, saddle stitchers/trimmers cutters, folders, pneumatic tools and compressed air systems. This is an immediate hiring opportunity. Apply Today Hours: Monday

• 11:00pm Pay: $22-$35/hour depending on experience. 2nd Shift will receive a $0.70 shift premium. Responsibilities: Observes mechanical devices, equipment and machinery in operation and listens to their sounds to diagnose machine malfunction and determines the need for adjustment, repair, or replacement.
  
  Dismantles machinery and/or equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts or devices and control instruments. Repairs or replaces defective parts.
  
  Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Repairs electrical equipment or replaces faulty wiring, switches, or relays, as qualified to perform. Qualifications: Must have a clean driving record One-year certificate from college or technical school and 5 years of related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  Ability to anticipate problems and implement appropriate preventative measures. Ability to develop new techniques for work processes. Must be able to give technical direction to others and project leadership over multiple safety teams Ability to lift 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally.
  
  Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination. Requires working around and operating departmental equipment. indBD
