Essential Functions: Lead by example, enforce safety rules, and document incidents Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas Perform maintenance on operational and facility equipment Track inventory and request supplies Conduct repairs, inspections, and improvements Complete PMs, capital projects, and repairs based on priority Manage work orders through the maintenance system Ensure accurate and timely documentation Maintain communication between shifts Complete other tasks as assigned Overtime may be required for shift coverage Competencies:
