Responsibilities Overview: Perform service, corrective maintenance, and routine preventive maintenance on a variety of electro-mechanical card and mail processing equipment. Shift: 2:30 pm
11:00 pm Responsibilities Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy Ensure all work is in compliance with ISO 9000:2000 standards Execute job orders regarding the repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations Perform routine preventative maintenance of all manufacturing and facilities equipment Provide technical expertise to develop, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and devices Testing, diagnosing, and repairing faults in electrical systems Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in manufacturing equipment Installing and maintaining electrical components such as switches, circuits, and motors Work with vendors on new equipment installation and utilize vendor resources for training Other roles and responsibilities may apply Assist with departmental documentation such as training, preventative maintenance (PM), etc. Ownership and accountability for specific machines Develop and support departmental documentation such as training, preventative maintenance (PM), etc. Ownership and accountability for multiple machines Assist with training Maintenance Technicians and Machine Operators Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1 year of experience maintaining CNC equipment 2 to 5 years related experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem solving skills Effective communication skills Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment Solid attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to troubleshoot basic PLC logic Capable of reading machine schematics and diagrams Knowledge of specific area equipment Knowledge of all applicable manufacturing equipment Able to troubleshoot advanced PLC logic Responsibilities Overview: Perform service, corrective maintenance, and routine preventive maintenance on a variety of electro-mechanical card and mail processing equipment.
