Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor production machine operation to identify malfunctions.

• Adjusts machines to proper, documented specifications.

• Performs preventive maintenance, adhering to the scheduled maintenance plan.

• Maintains workshop in a clean, orderly fashion in accord with 5S principles.

• Keeps tools and shop equipment clean and in good working order.

• Utilizes correct PPE at all times for general and specialized job functions.

• Read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine system functions.

• Prepare reports, complete work orders, report hours per job completed.

• Use typical office software suite fror communications, preparing work instructions, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of applicable trade school/college, five years work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
