Maintenance Technical Staff

Location: Tarboro, NC, USA

The purpose of this position is to monitor and maintain the equipment used in the manufacturing process as well as provide daily customer support.

Job Summary:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment

• Root cause analysis of machine downtime, scrap, etc

• Perform preventive maintenance

• Lead improvement projects on assigned processes

• Maintain and support equipment calibration requirements

• Additional duties as prescribed by the coordinators

• Improves manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives

• Maintains knowledge of all processes, procedures, and equipment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organization

• Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines, work independently and make effective decisions.

• Ability to work overtime on short notice to support production requirements and TPM completion
