Maintenance Technician: (Entry Level)
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision
1 year of healthcare environment preferred
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Skills and Abilities required:
Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills; ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams; ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams; excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Driver License and Electrician or Plumber or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Certification required upon hire
