HS diploma or GED Must successfully pass post offer drug test and background check Must be able to interpret blueprints Good oral and written communication skill Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Must work effectively with others Experience in an automotive industry preferred Ability to work any shift to cover for absences or vacation is expected Ability to work within a small team or independently Shift flexibility and willingness to attend off-site training .
