Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal functioning of our plant’s machinery and equipment. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including expertise in PLCs and electrical controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, utilizing schematics, manuals, and specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Manage repairs and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
• Execute precision maintenance tasks and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience and education.
• Experience in electrical and control systems troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of AC/DC voltage.
• Proficient knowledge of PLCs and relay systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to safety.
