The Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of maintenance activities within the office and manufacturing environment as assigned by Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Performs repairs in accordance with Safety and OSHA. (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements Accurately complete and document work orders promptly in CMMS to maintain high-quality standards Troubleshoots electrical breakdowns and makes repairs Installs new or purchased equipment Supplies proper information for the acquisition of replacement parts Troubleshoots and repairs stationary and mobile equipment Trains and participates in the Emergency Evacuation Plan Coordinates and schedules maintenance activities with department managers Participates in continuous improvement projects Coordinates and assists in inspections of critical building systems and environmental compliance Calibrates testing instruments Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, including maintenance shop On call for emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary Carries out all other dusties as assianed by Management Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education required 3 years of industrial and or electrical experience preferred Knowledge of building systems Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication equipment, such as laser, press brake, saw, welding, and press Knowledge of electrical wiring including high voltage (110V-480V) Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems Knowledge of electrical control systems Knowledge of hydraulic systems Knowledge of pneumatic systems, including air compressors Job Posting Min Salary USD $22.00 Job Posting Max Salary USD $28.00
