Maintenance Tech II

Responsibilities: Maintain and repair all building systems including plumbing, lighting, electrical, and HVAC.

Maintains records and logs as required by the facilities office. Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments. Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow employees, vendors, and the general public.

Other duties may be assigned Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree(GED) 3 to 5 or more years cumulative experience and/or training and a working knowledge of blue prints. One year minimum experience required in each of the following areas:

Plumbing:

Sweat copper, Installation and repair of any and all plumbing facilities, Thorough knowledge of plumbing fixtures, repair and replacement Carpentry: Basic knowledge of carpentry Welding: Ability to use Stick or Acetylene Torch Electrical:

Strong knowledge of any and all electrical components, Knowledge of switch gears, VFD's, and generator power HVAC: Knowledge of HVAC and refrigerant systems; EPA certified or ability to complete LI-LG3
