ASC Taylor Brothers, Winston-Salem NC ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Reports to Supervisor, Manufacturing- Maintenance Number of Direct Reports N/A Core Relationships Internal Geographic Scope Local Travel Required Up to 10% WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Performs planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, and overhaul duties for emergency breakdowns on operational equipment. Assists in planning and implementation of maintenance initiatives for equipment and facilities. Maintain proper operation of the equipment, machinery or facility structure Be aware of the Company environment, health & safety policies and comply with the objectives as it relates to the role.

Know the potential health & safety risks and environmental impacts of work activities and understand role in mitigating these impacts. Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g. PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers) Walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights to 35 feet.

Are you able to work flexible shifts in a fast paced and expanding business? ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Basic mathematical skills with knowledge of metric and standard tools and conversions. Use of calipers and other precision measuring devices Attention to detail, proactivity and effective follow-through.

Industrial Vehicle Operation experience Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Good troubleshooting abilities. High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Applied Math: Level 4, Workplace Documents: Level 4, Graphic Literacy:

Level 4, Workplace Observation: Level 2 BENEFICIAL Prefer 3 years industrial maintenance experience. Knowledge of and experience with SAP/TaO.

Experience with tobacco packaging and processing equipment.
